Prices and details below reflect pricing for Color 8.5 x 11” letter, 1 or 2 sided mailings. Please note, for an accurate price quote for custom letter mailings with additional print specifications (additional pages, graphics, envelope type, etc.) - be sure to email us a copy of your letter mailing prior to placing your order, that we can provide you with the best price quote.
Print Option #1: Letters Print & Mail (2-Pages)
We supply custom 2-page letters printed on canary stock and personalized with your details and addressed to business opportunity hotline buyers. Our price includes printing, envelopes, mailing list rental, data processing, standard class postage, and Post Office delivery.
Best Mailing Lists
We use only the best mailing lists—hotline buyer and responder names chosen specifically for this type of offer. We constantly refine list selection, insuring that your letters go to the most responsive prospects.
We remove any duplicates when we combine names from multiple lists, and we remove any names that we know were recently sent the offer.
The names for your mailing are selected by random zip code so they represent a cross section of the entire country. The postcards are addressed and presorted for standard class postage and mailed under our mailing permit.
Quick Turnaround Time
Mailings normally go out within 10 working days from our weekly cut-off time of Thursday at 10am PST. That means your mailing normally goes out the following Friday, but holidays and other factors can sometimes make it a few days later.
We will confirm your mail date with a paid invoice emailed to you after your letters are mailed. If you reside in the USA, we will also mail you a sample of the letter on the mail date so you'll know when your prospects are receiving the letters.
