BY ACCESSING THIS WEB SITE AND/OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.
All services provided by MSIDR.COM, LLC. (MSI) are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service. By viewing this website or using any of our services, you and the entity you represent (collectively hereinafter referred to as the "customer" and "affiliate/3rd party programs") agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions as stated below without modification. If for any reason you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions as stated below, please do not access this site or use our services.
Change of Terms
MSI reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. MSI does not assume the obligation to notify customers of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. All customers are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions for any changes and continued use of this site constitutes consent to such changes.
MSI does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use MSI only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSI, its advertisers, licencors, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, agents and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from their use of this site, or any services, information or products from this site, or any violation of this Agreement.
Third Party Affiliate Programs
The affiliate programs for which we offer printing and mailing services are not owned or controlled by MSI, and we assume no liability whatsoever related to their operations or the claims made in their advertising. The fact that we offer package deals for printing and mailing postcards for certain programs is not to be taken as an endorsement of them. It merely reflects that they are the ones for which we get the most orders and solely provides printing and mailing for such orders. It is the customer's responsibility to evaluate affiliate programs and the companies behind them.
Any content the customer submits to MSI must abide by copyright laws. Unlicensed or misuse of copyrighted material from books, magazines, newspapers, photographs, web content, writers, artists, composers, publishers, and other authors is strictly prohibited. MSI will not assume the responsibility of checking the content of submitted materials for copyright violations. Therefore, MSI will not be held accountable for any illegal use of copyrighted material by its customers.
If a change is made to an existing order that results in a credit, a fee will be charged in the amount of 10% of total credit amount, to cover transaction costs related to this credit.
Prior to printing, MSI allows customers to cancel orders.
Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to email@example.com. We will inform customers of any charges depending on the stage of the order. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the age of the order and whether a proof was created. Age will be calculated in calendar days from the date the order was placed (reference chart below). Once a job is printed and mailed, no refund is available.

Returns and Refunds
Customer orders have no re-sale value. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If the error is verifiably due to MSI, we will re-print the order at our cost. Any defect/s the customer discovers in his/her shipment must be reported to MSI within 10 days of receipt. To qualify for a free replacement order for all self-mailing products, the customer must get a return authorization number from us and return the entire product within 15 days from the time it was received. We will give credit for the return shipping cost.
All extra charges for rush printing or shipping are NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS UPS FAILS DELIVERY OR DELIVERS DAMAGED PRODUCT. Any credit due will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks. If the customer make a change to an existing order that results in a credit, a processing fee equal to 10% of the credit amount will be charged to cover transaction costs related to the credit.
Shipping and Delivery of Products
MSI strives to meet all delivery schedules in a timely manner. However, we will not be held responsible for any consequential damages due to delayed production or delivery. Our shipment and delivery dates are based upon estimates provided by our shipment suppliers.
MSI will not be responsible for delays in shipments due to shipping company delays, international customs issues, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Unexpected production or shipment delays can occur as a result of technical problems or equipment malfunction or failure. We will refund or waive rush charges/fees, where applicable, for a delay caused by such problems. However, we do not allow order cancellation based on such delays.
There will be an additional charge for any change to the shipping address made by the customer after the order is placed. If the customer supplies an incorrect shipping address causing the package to be returned to us, we will charge an additional fee for re-shipment to the correct address.
Claims for Loss or Damage
Claims for loss or damage must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. If the loss or damage was due to a 3rd party error, the claim must be filed against that party. In such a case, MSI will not assume any responsibility, but will assist the customer in determining who the claim should be filed against.
Limitation of Liability
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THE ITEM AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFIT. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD CUSTOMER PROPERTY (a lien) AS SECURITY FOR UNPAID BILLS. MSI RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY REASON IT DEEMS FIT. PLEASE NOTE: ANY SUPPLIED MEDIA WILL NOT BE RETURNED. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL MEDIA.
Office Hours and Observed Holidays
Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, excluding observed holidays. All operations as well as Customer Service are closed on these days. Holidays are excluded from production turn time.
The following holidays are observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Mailing Services Terms and Conditions
MSI is not responsible for lost or non-delivered mail. The U.S. Postal Service does not track mail. Our responsibilities for full-service mailings end when the U.S. Postal Service accepts the customer’s full-service mailing from us. The U.S. Postal Service provides a proof of mailing statement to us (3602-R for standard class, 3602-NP for the Non-Profit and 3600 for first class mail) that can be emailed to customers upon request.
First Class mail takes 1 - 5 days (average) to reach its destination. Standard Class and Non-Profit mail take 7 - 20 days (average) to reach its destination. The U.S. Postal Service will not give a refund on postage for non-delivered mail. MSI is not responsible, nor do we guarantee, a response to any mailing whatsoever.
All full-service mailings will ship within the United States. We do not offer international full-service mailing packages. We do not ship self-mailing packages internationally, except for Canada and additional customs fees.
MSI understands that any mailing list submitted is privileged and confidential. Submitted lists will not be used or sold for any purposes other than the customer's mailing. Upon request, we may archive a customer's list but will not be held responsible in case of system failure. Customers should always keep a copy of his/her own list.
In the event of a mistake or error, MSI will be liable only up to the cost of goods and services provided. By using our services, the customer agrees that MSI will not accept liability for any loss of revenue or implied or consequential damages.
Print and Mail Package
The full-service print and mail package includes list rental, printing, mailing services, and postage. This is a package deal and is all inclusive. It cannot be broken into separate groups. We can ship you any number of extra products for an additional cost.
The products come with specific options that cannot be changed. If you must vary from the package deal, we will still be glad to print and mail your package. However, you will have to create a custom order separately. Custom orders will include a graphics fee as we must render all graphics to meet print and mail specifications. Customer Service can assist you with any further information regarding customized orders.
